Avocado Mattress LLC in Corte Madera, CA is seeking a Retail Brand Experience Assistant Store Manager. The role supports store leadership in absence of a manager, coaching the team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while deepening knowledge of products and processes.

You will help manage schedules, participate in events, maintain inventory, and promote the Avocado brand in the local community. The position requires on-site work and a focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or equivalent experience.
• Store management or assistant management experience is a plus.
• Mac and Google suite proficiency is a plus.

THE ROLEAvocado is currently looking for a Retail Brand Experience Assistant Store Manager to be part of our team in Corte Madera, CA!This is a non-exempt position, meaning it is hourly and you are entitled to overtime pay. We offer competitive pay plus monthly bonus!Note on Location: You will be working on-site at our location in Corte Madera, CA.
