Avocado Mattress LLC in Boulder, CO is seeking a full-time Retail Brand Experience Associate to join our on-site team. This hourly, non-exempt role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales KPIs, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge across all channels.

You will handle in-person, chat, and phone sales, assist with events, keep displays clean and inviting, and collaborate with teams to improve operations.

THE ROLEAvocado is currently looking for a FULL-TIME Retail Brand Experience Associate to be part of our team in Boulder, CO.This is a non-exempt position, meaning it is hourly and you are entitled to overtime pay. We offer competitive pay plus monthly bonus!Note on Location: You will be working on-site at our location in Boulder, CO.
