Avocado is seeking a Full-Time Retail Brand Experience Associate in Fullerton, CA. You will drive sales, maintain product knowledge, and deliver exceptional customer experiences on-site. You’ll resolve issues, relay feedback to teams, and collaborate to improve operations while supporting events and community programs.

The role requires comfort with physical tasks and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a competitive hourly pay and monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform (TalkDesk, Intercom, Kustomer, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience tracking KPIs or sales goals is a plus.
• Comfortable with fast-paced frontline roles and customer-centered service.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, both in-person and via chats.

THE ROLEAvocado is currently looking for a Full-Time Retail Brand Experience Associate to be part of our team in Fullerton, CA!This is a non-exempt position, meaning it is hourly and you are entitled to overtime pay. We offer competitive pay plus monthly bonus!Note on Location: You will be working on-site at our location in Fullerton, CA.
