Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or the ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
• Strong supervisory skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and hold team members accountable for their performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for engaging with employees, customers, and management.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and provide proof of insurance to travel to different job sites.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates to build a diverse team.
• Develop and implement training on policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Monitor performance and coach staff for growth and accountability.
• Supervise and coordinate store operations to ensure seamless daily activities.
• Enforce safety protocols and monitor for internal security risks.
• Communicate with the Store Manager and participate in regular performance discussions.
• Assist in corrective action plans and other duties as assigned.
