Atrium Staffing is seeking a Retail Store Analyst to support store performance analytics, sales planning, financial analysis, and business strategy initiatives across a nationwide retail network.

This role partners with Store Operations, Finance, Merchandising, and executive leadership to analyze sales performance, forecast trends, and develop strategic reporting that informs business decisions. Strong analytics, financial acumen, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, finance, strategy, or business planning.
• Retail, beauty, luxury, or multi-unit store experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, forecasting, and reporting model skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales analytics: analyze store performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Executive reporting: develop and enhance sales and performance reporting for leadership.
• Sales planning & forecasting: support development of plans across store, district, regional, and divisional levels.
• Business performance: evaluate performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Revenue & margin: identify opportunities to improve sales, margins, and efficiency.
• Leadership support: partner with store leadership to optimize sales plans.
• Financial analysis: collaborate with Finance on expenses, budgets, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Promotional performance: analyze promo and financial performance for planning.
• Strategic reporting: prepare executive-ready dashboards and materials for meetings.
• Cross-functional collaboration: align data insights with business strategies.
• Project management: manage analytical projects from scope to delivery.
• BI support: develop analytical frameworks to improve visibility into performance.
