Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house operations, including receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving merchandise to the sales floor. You will partner with store management to drive results and build strong teams.

You will supervise associates, ensure back of house cleanliness, enforce safety and asset protection, and coordinate workload planning and scheduling. Growth opportunities abound in our expanding organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price/big box or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and engagement skills with customers and teammates.
• Proven ability to lead and develop store teams to achieve results.
• Ability to manage workload, scheduling, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety policies for customers and associates.
• Direct and coach associates, monitor workload, and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly scheduling and workload planning.
