Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead Back of House operations, supervise receiving and merchandise flow, and partner with store leadership. You’ll direct workload, coach teammates, and ensure clean, well-organized back of house areas.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Competitive pay, benefits and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a retail or big-box environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move and lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise).
• Flow goods to the sales floor and maintain back of house organization.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrinkage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates following company guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations activities.
