Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in our back-of-house/receiving area. You will lead the team, coordinate deliveries, and ensure stock and floor flow align with store objectives.

This supervisory role requires at least 1 year of experience, a proactive leadership style, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to lead back-of-house operations and drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, organization, and stockroom setup to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines for customers and associates.
• Coordinate with store management and plan workload for the team.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and coaching new associates.
