Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to join our Back of House/Receiving team. You will lead the receiving, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor, while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and security protocols.

As a key member of store leadership, you will train and direct associates, oversee workload planning, and support diversity and teamwork across the department. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude for team leadership.
• Willingness to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression from receiving to floor placement.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization.
• Enforce Asset Protection and safety guidelines.
• Direct associates, plan workload and monitor productivity.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations activities.
