The position involves managing merchandise processes, ensuring organization and safety, and nurturing a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a positive attitude, and is able to handle lifting store merchandise. The role provides competitive pay between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour along with various employee benefits including discounts and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.
