Job summary

Burlington Stores in Augusta, GA is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations and support store leadership. This role is a stepping stone to management and requires a proactive, team‑oriented leader.

You will supervise receiving deliveries, organize merchandise flow to the sales floor, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and promote a culture of collaboration and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a retail or big‑box environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team leadership.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the back of house operations including receiving deliveries and sorting merchandise.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection and safety guidelines across the team.
• Direct workload and coach associates to drive productivity and merchandise protection.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations activities.
