Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support our Back of House receiving operations in Atlanta. You will lead Receiving Associates, model standards, and help bring merchandise to life on the floor.

In this role you’ll nurture teamwork, coach on the spot, manage schedules, and uphold store policies while enjoying competitive pay, flexible hours, and associate discounts along with growth opportunities at Burlington.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Model company appropriate Back of House Standards for receiving/stocking team.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Drive Associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coaching associates in the moment and providing recognition.
