Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead for our Back of House/Receiving in Durham, NC. Lead Receiving Associates, model standards, and keep stock areas organized while supporting store displays and guest experience.

You will coach teammates, ensure policy compliance, and manage scheduling. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong interpersonal skills, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities
