Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to guide the Back of House/Receiving group. You will lead Receiving Associates, ensure neat stock & receiving areas, and help bring displays to life while modeling company standards.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and associate discounts. Base pay starts at $13.77 per hour.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Ability to move, lift 40 lbs or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model Back of House standards for receiving/stocking.
• Maintain neat/organized stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedules.
• Mentor and coach Associates, recognizing good performance.
