Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support our Burlington Back of House/Receiving team in South Portland, ME.

The role focuses on leading Receiving Associates and ensuring stock, receiving, and sales floor areas stay neat and compliant with company standards. You will coach team members, model best practices, and help run a smooth operation with flexible hours that include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model Back of House standards for receiving/stocking.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Drive Associate compliance with policies and standards.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coach Associates and provide recognition in the moment.
