Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations, coordinating receiving, sorting, and flow to sales floor, and partnering with Store Management to drive results.

This role demands a proven leader able to supervise, recruit and onboard new associates, with a commitment to safety, diversity, and strong teamwork across shifts; excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work full-time including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-facing skills.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift, and carry heavy store merchandise (40 lbs+).

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process from receiving to shelf transfer.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrinkage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure policy compliance and drive productivity for the team.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations initiatives and company partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
