Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Bolingbrook, IL. You will lead the back-of-house operations, supervise receiving, and direct the workload of associates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a big-box or off-price setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading/sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to reduce shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, team-oriented culture through collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards by associates.
• Direct associates and workload while monitoring productivity.
• Coach associates in the moment and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in Community Relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal/break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
