Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor in Utah on a full-time basis. You will be empowered to lead a high-performing store team, delivering customer service excellence and operational efficiency.

The role supports a long schedule window from early morning to late evening (6am–10pm) and includes a monthly bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining a safe and organized store, and serving as Leader on Duty.

• Comfort with leading a team and directing operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service

• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales duties
