Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will lead a busy retail floor, model outstanding customer service, and coach associates in daily operations.

The role supports safe, clean store standards and proactive leadership across shifts. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail leadership experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, and are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year experience in retail leadership.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an entire shift.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Excellent communication with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
