Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to join a high-performing retail team in Utah. You will be empowered to lead and coach others, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold store standards across operating hours.

The role features a schedule between 6am–10pm, plus a monthly bonus and a broad benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401(k). PTO up to 152 hours and sick time up to 64 hours are provided, with holiday pay and promotion

• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
