Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Lafayette, LA is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a high-performing team. You will be empowered to lead, coach, and develop others while ensuring exceptional customer service during our early-to-late shift 6am–10pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model Great Place To Work behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
