Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Stocker to support store operations by stocking merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the sales floor and backroom clean and organized. You’ll prepare merchandise for sale and collaborate with the store team to deliver a great customer experience and efficient product flow.

Qualifications

• Stock and organize merchandise accurately.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Read and follow basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise to the sales floor and backroom per standards.
• Inspect tagging, boot pairing, and label placement before stocking.
• Organize back stock to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient product flow.
• Assist with processing merchandise, transfers, special orders, and returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and backroom.
• Assist with merchandising projects, floor moves, and displays.
• Report safety or inventory concerns promptly to management.
• Report to work on time and present a neat, professional appearance.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise or directing to staff.
• Carry out other assigned store tasks.
