Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company standards
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed
• Keeps the sales floor clean and organized and participates in store housekeeping
• Performs other duties as assigned
