ALOHA Collection seeks a Retail Inventory Associate for our Whalers Village store in Hawaii to support stock management and daily store operations. You will coordinate shipments, receive goods, replenish sales floors, and manage backroom storage while ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Retail Inventory Associate will support in overseeing all aspects of physical inventory management for ALOHA Collection Whalers Village store, to ensure that stock levels are maintained and optimized to support daily store operations. This individual will support the Retail team in managing day to day execution of key operational functions including coordinating shipments, receiving and processing, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Stockroom Organization:

• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes
• Work with Inventory lead and supports organization and cleanliness of Retail store backroom and off-site storage, ensuring they are tidy, safe, and easy to navigate
• Implement and develop any necessary processes for tracking inventory in backroom and storage spaces

Sales Associate:

• Ensure that store operations run smoothly throughout the day while providing a tidy, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Commits to understanding all aspects of the ALOHA brand as well as extensive product information (uses, silhouettes, prints, pricing, etc.).
• Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.
• Sets up and maintains advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
• Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.
• Obtains merchandise requested by customer or receives merchandise selected by customer.
• Answers customer's questions about the brand, products and usage, location, and price.
• Attends customer complaints and works to resolve any problems to restore and promote good public relations.
• Total price and tax on merchandise purchased by customers to determine purchase total.
• Accepts payment and makes change.
• Wraps or bags merchandise for customers.
• Receives, examines, and processes customer returns.
• Cleans shelves, counters, or tables.
• Calculates sales discount to determine price.
• Keeps record of sales, prepares inventory of stock, and orders merchandise.
• Stays informed about all relevant company information.

Schedule

• Part Time Seasonal position is currently available
• Seasonal positions will work through January, with potential to move to permanent status
