We are currently seeking a resourceful, detail oriented and confident Retail Stock Administrator to join our dynamic Retail team.

You’ll be working between the hours of 9am and 6pm, 5 days weekly across our various beautiful boutiques.

The on target earning potential for this role is £15.39 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £12.89, plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

  • Supporting our Retail team in ensuring our boutiques are always ready and prepared for regular stock taking
  • Helping with the preparation of our stock take schedule, ensuring this is expertly planned
  • Managing and executing each boutique’s stock take, taking ownership of the full process
  • Scanning our stock rooms and assisting your colleagues in scanning each boutique when required
  • Managing our stock rooms with assistance from our Stock Room Assistant and support from your line manager
  • Assisting our Stock Room Assistant with large and complex deliveries, and covering this role in their absence
  • Managing in-house stock orders, liaising, and building strong working relationships with our Stores department, and raising purchase orders for in-house stock
  • Supporting our Retail Operations Manager with orders, invoicing and general stock administration, and your colleagues with urgent stock requests
  • Proficiently operating our POS system and back-office systems
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious star in every way

  • Ideally, you have experience in a similar role, and you’re confident in using internal POS systems and Microsoft, with a focus on Excel
  • You’re a proactive go-getter by nature, always willing to lend a helping hand, you contribute positively to your team and environment
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks, you're calm under pressure with great skill in prioritisation
  • You have great attention to detail, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
  • You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
  • A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual
