Job summary

Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament - Dallas is seeking friendly guest services team members to greet guests, answer questions, assist with merchandise and photos, and help create an unforgettable show experience. No experience required beyond a confident personality; high school diploma preferred.

You will work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays in a lively arena setting with opportunities for growth and team camaraderie.

• Uses camera to take both staged and candid photos of guests
• Sells retail items and photos to guests in the arena
• Assists in monthly and quarterly physical inventory of merchandise
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges
• Follows Medieval Times cash handling policies
• Arranges and displays merchandise to promote sales
• Performs additional duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets customers and ascertains each customers’ wants or needs
• Assists guests in enhancing the excitement of their Medieval Times experience.
• Has fun while delivering a great guest experience!
• Answers questions regarding merchandise and pricing
• Describes options for taking and purchasing photos
• Uses camera to take both staged and candid photos of guests
• Sells retail items and photos to guests in the arena
• Assists in monthly and quarterly physical inventory of merchandise
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma preferred
