Original X Productions (OGX) is seeking a Retail Sr. Floor Supervisor to guide our Retail and Photo operations teams in delivering world-class guest experiences and compelling commercial products.

This full-time hourly role pays $23.00 per hour and requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will support the Retail Manager, supervise front-line staff, and help drive sales while maintaining a positive, fun workplace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in revenue-generating retail or food-service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Maintains composure under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: implement training and policies to ensure hospitality mindset.
• Guest Experience: ensure venue is well maintained and peak condition with Tech Services/vendors.
• Guest Experience: assist in box office operations for efficient guest welcome.
• Guest Experience: participate in Manager on Duty rotation.
• People and Culture: assist in training and creation of reference materials for staff.
• People and Culture: uphold rules, accountability, and disciplinary processes with management.
• Retail Operations: assist in inventory management and stock checks.
• Retail Operations: help develop sales strategies and store layouts.
• Retail Operations: support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Original X Productions (OGX) are the operators of worldwide location based entertainment experiences including The FRIENDSTM Experience, and Hershey Super Sweet Adventure. OGX is looking for a Retail Sr. Floor Supervisor to assist in guiding our Retail and Photo operations teams to deliver world class commercial products.

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and running an efficient day-to-day operation. They will assist the Retail Manager with leading a team of front line team leads and team members and must display strong and compassionate leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience working with a variety of personalities, has attention to detail to provide accurate information for financial and operational reports, experience in a sales environment, values creating a positive and fun work environment, and has strong communication and training skills.

This full-time position pays $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience:
  • Assist with the implementation, training, and promoting guest experience policies, procedures, and standards within the venue to ensure a hospitality mindset by all staff.
  • Ensure property is well maintained, in working order and peak condition at all times by working with onsite Tech Services and offsite vendors where necessary
  • Assist in the management of box office operations to ensure an efficient and smooth welcome experience.
  • Participate in MOD (Manager on Duty) rotation
• People and Culture:
  • Assist in the training and creation of reference materials for all retail and photo staff.
  • Enforces all rules and regulations; upholds proper levels of accountability and supports discipline in partnership with upper management and people and culture when standards are not met
• Retail Operations:
  • Assist in the management of Retail inventory levels to proper levels, conducting full stock inventory as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and incentives for team members to achieve targets and grow the Retail shop’s business
  • Assist with the implementation of store layout updates as directed by upper management.
• Assists with special company projects as may be needed
• Any and all duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ years of leadership experience in the operation of a successful revenue-generating restaurant, cafe, or retail shop.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Maintains composure under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced and fluid environment
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
