Caesars Entertainment is seeking a part-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer at Chase Field in Phoenix. You will be the face of our retail operation, delivering friendly, high‑level service to both regulars and new bettors while guiding them through our sports wagering options.

You will work on-site, adhere to all company and Gaming Control Board rules, handle customer questions, resolve disputes with supervision when needed, and collaborate with the team to keep paperwork and processes up to date.

Qualifications

• Provide a top tier level of customer service that encourages customers to come back repeatedly.
• Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and gaming control board.
• Familiarize yourself with betting options and engage customers in conversations about them.
• Resolve customer disputes with supervision when needed.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership.
• Complete required paperwork in line with company policy and gaming standards.
