Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts invites you to join the Jekyll Island Club Resort and Jekyll Ocean Club Resort team as a Retail Shop Attendant. Assist the Retail Supervisor with daily gift shop operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and help manage inventory.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years retail experience, and a friendly, outgoing personality. Computer skills and Excel are a must; weekend and holiday availability is expected as we operate 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school degree or recognized equivalent.
• Two to four years of retail store experience required.
• Must be outgoing, personable, and friendly.
• Computer skills are required, and Excel is a must!

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Supervisor with daily operations of the Gift Shop.
• Provide exceptional customer service and supervise shop activities.
• Maintain inventory control and accurate records.

The JOB

As Retail Shop Attendant, you will assist the Retail Supervisor with daily operations of the Gift Shop. Responsibilities include; providing exceptional customer service, shop supervision, inventory control, training, motivating staff, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
