Job summary

PostNet is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Service Representative in Lakewood for a busy storefront. You will assist customers with shipping, printing, and other store services, operate the POS, and help train teammates as needed.

The ideal candidate has prior retail customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

• Process sales through the point-of-sale system and promote services.
• Open/close the center, manage cash register, and operate center systems.
• Support inventory management and restocking to maintain standards.
• Coordinate with couriers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

PT Retail Opening. Must love people and keeping busy. Must live in Lakewood Ranch area, traffic is no joke around us. You will be asked to complete assessments as part of the interview. Hours will include some 8am opening duties and Saturday 9-2 shifts.

A PostNet Retail Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with all store services and products. Operates the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other store equipment. Other duties as assigned. May help to train other teammates. We are a very busy retail location.

The Ideal Retail Customer Service Representative Candidate Will Have:

Retail Customer Service Representative - Daily Tasks:

• Assists customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by franchise owner
• Assists customers with their product and service need in person, through email, and by phone
• Processes customer sales through the point-of-sale system
• Up-sells, cross-sells, and actively participates in marketing and promotional initiatives
• Opens and closes the center, cash register, and other center systems
• Assists management in maintaining, ordering, and stocking inventory
• Maintains the center consistent with established standards
• Interacts with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff
• Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes
• Captures, complete tasks, and organizes Virtual Mail
• Assist with Notary and Fingerprint services

Retail Customer Service Representative - Role Requirements:

• Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone, and in-person
• Must perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
• We are a drug/smoke free office
