Job summary

The LEGO Group in the United States is seeking a part-time retail associate to support store operations in Peabody, MA. You will assist the ASM and SM with scheduling, supervise Sales Associates on shift, and ensure accurate cash handling and merchandise presentation.

The role emphasizes adherence to LEGO policies and a strong customer service focus. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with approximately 3 days per week in the office, and compensation includes a competitive hourly wage

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or ability to supervise sales staff.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience handling cash and POS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during the shift in line with LEGO policies and procedures.
• Process orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure products are merchandised on the shop floor.
• Support ASM and SM in achieving high merchandise presentation standards.
