Retail Shift Supervisor/Keyholder

Responsibilities:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the store's management team, supervising staff, opening the store, and serving as the keyholder on duty. Your duties include training and coaching associates, greeting and assisting donors and customers, addressing team concerns, and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness. Ongoing training is provided, with opportunities for transfer to other stores as you advance in your career.
