Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of experience in retail
• Associates Degree or completion of related retail management coursework preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferences

• Previous experience in retail, fast food, or warehouse environments
• Previous military or nonprofit experience
• Bilingual language skills

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be part of the store’s management team. You’ll supervise store personnel, open the store, and be the keyholder/supervisor on duty. Responsibilities include training and coaching store associates, greeting and assisting donors/customers, addressing team complaints/challenges, and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness. Ongoing training is provided. Opportunities for transfer to other stores may be available as you progress in your career.
