Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations with management and crews.
• Direct and supervise crew activities and follow up.
• Communicate information clearly between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays.
• Reset departments per planogram and handle off-shelf merchandise.
