No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED Preferred. 1 year of Management experience or previous Goodwill Retail or Warehouse Experience. Valid MO or IL state driver’s license and insurance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer service, conflict resolution, and teamwork. Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation, goal-setting, and strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable with workplace technology like registers, scheduling, and inventory management software.
