Kilwins is seeking a Part-Time Shift Leader in Venice, FL to lead the team during shifts, train teammates, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll open and close the store, manage transactions, restock products, and keep the shop clean and inviting while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests and teammates. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required; pay is $18.00/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

What to Expect

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll spend most of your shift on the sales floor—not behind a desk.

You’ll assist customers, coach team members, stock products, clean, and step in wherever needed. You may lead team members with different ages and experience levels, including teenagers, and will be expected to keep the team productive and on task.

Business levels and weekly hours may vary. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required because those are some of our busiest and most important times to serve our guests.
