Job summary

EZCORP in Reno, NV is seeking a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker) to lead customer service, promote sales, and manage day-to-day store operations. This full-time position offers paid training, a clear career path, and opportunities for advancement as part of a growing pawn brand.

You will build relationships with customers, supervise Team Members, handle loans and extensions, and maintain a friendly, respectful store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team/shift lead experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics) a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members.
