EZCORP, Inc. in Las Vegas is hiring for a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker).

You will provide outstanding customer service, build solid relationships with customers, promote sales, and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items while leading and coaching Team Members. The position includes a 5-week paid training with a $.50 raise after completion, and a clear career path to Store Manager in Training, plus benefits such as free health insurance, 401(k) matching, generous PTO, and holiday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Processing loans and extensions; coming to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
• Performing opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervising and coaching store Team Members.
