EZCORP is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) in Norman, Oklahoma. You will lead customer service, drive sales, and manage daily store operations with coaching for Team Members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/leadership experience.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process loans and extensions.
• Open and close store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Promote sales and make deals for pawn items.
