Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers while promoting sales and pawn loans.
• Lead and coach store Team Members to achieve targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Process loans and extensions; manage item pawns and negotiate terms to reach mutual agreement.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
