Job summary

Tommy's Express Operations in Michigan is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team, deliver outstanding guest service, and help run daily operations at the car wash. You will lead shifts, support membership sales, and ensure a clean, efficient site.

This role requires opening/closing the wash, managing guest interactions, and adapting in a fast-paced environment with a team-focused culture.
