Casa de Fruta in Hollister, CA is seeking a hands-on supervisor for our deli/restaurant team. You will supervise staff, work with Restaurant Management, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety standards, serving guests, handling cash at POS, and training team on product knowledge. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, prior supervisory and food service experience, and willingness to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to independently evaluate current conditions against standard and perform tasks to bring areas to standard.

Responsabilités

• Supervise team and support Restaurant Management.
• Ensure health, food safety and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Must have open availability to work any shift as needed.
• Greet guests and provide friendly service; demonstrate product knowledge.
• Prepare burritos, nachos, tacos and other items per guest requests.
• Handle sales transactions accurately at POS and maintain cash accountability.
• Meet guest service standards and perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and loss prevention procedures.
