Job summary

A retail company in Norfolk is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Leadership Team. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring customer engagement, and managing store operations. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, retail experience, and the ability to work weekends. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends, including two store closings per week.
• Completion of the Shift Supervisor three-month training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Management with generating sales potential and setting store energy.
• Ensure that customer service is the number one priority.
• Manage rest and meal break schedules.
• Provide relevant feedback and coaching to associates.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner

Ability to carry out detailed tasks

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
