Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise staff and ensure smooth store operations during assigned shifts, while delivering excellent customer service and keeping standards high.

You will train team members, manage inventory and cash transactions, and enforce health and safety protocols. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to handle diverse challenges. This position is based at our Holstein location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in retail or customer service; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints.
• Familiar with cash handling and POS systems.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations and staff performance.
