Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Retail Shift Lead to be a frontline leader for customers and team members. You will help maintain a clean, safe store environment while guiding daily operations, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role emphasizes internal growth, with opportunities for development within Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores, a company with a long-standing history and a large team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership is preferred.
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations.
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
• Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
