Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Retail Shift Lead to supervise daily store operations, guide team members, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help maintain a safe, clean store and support management in cash handling and inventory control.

The role emphasizes developing leaders from within, with a hands-on environment and opportunities for growth. Prior retail management or supervisory experience is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
• Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
