Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Retail Shift Lead in the United States to help run daily operations, guide a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee inventory, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support the management team with cash handling and scheduling.

This role offers growth from within and a path to leadership in a busy retail environment. The position requires 1+ year of retail management experience, POS familiarity, and the ability to train staff.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in retail management or team leadership.
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations.
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with adherence to safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, manage inventory and customer service efficiently.
