Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Retail Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, ensure a clean, safe store, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise and train team members, manage inventory and cash handling, and support scheduling while assisting management in executing tasks. Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management or team leadership experience.
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient inventory management and customer service.
• Supervise and train team members, uphold cash handling accuracy and scheduling.
• Ensure a safe, clean store and adherence to safety procedures.
• Assist management with task execution and overall store performance.
