Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Leadership or team‑lead experience is a plus!
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
• Comfortable taking on additional responsibilities as you progress through our Lead career path

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the bakery and completing required security procedures.
• Handling cash and operating the POS system accurately.
• Providing friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.
• Developing strong knowledge of our products, pricing, packaging, and seasonal offerings.
• Processing customer purchases and orders.
• Assigning tasks and providing direction to Retail Associates during your shift.
• Maintaining well‑stocked, clean, and appealing bakery displays.
• Supporting daily storefront operations and communicating needs to management.
• Helping ensure company customer service, food safety, and operational standards are followed.
