Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Retail Shift Lead to be one of the first leaders our customers and team members rely on. You will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while guiding daily operations, overseeing inventory, and delivering excellent service.

You will supervise and train team members, support cash handling and POS operations, and help maintain safety standards. This is a growth-focused role with internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail management or team leadership.
• 1+ year with POS systems and cash handling.
• 1+ year training and/or developing teams.
• Ability to work various shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
• Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
